# Our Vision

## Metastate Network: A Human‑Centered Layer‑3 Blockchain

Metastate Network is a **Layer-3 blockchain** built on Optimism’s OP Stack, designed to empower human-centric, community-driven applications. 

Our vision is to create a *“Verified Impact Economy”* where every user contribution can be **tokenized as a verifiable digital asset**, fueling a sustainable economy of shared knowledge and trust. 

By focusing on **activist and community use cases** - ranging from scientific and philanthropic initiatives to gaming guilds and even grassroots political movements - Metastate enables communities to form “MetaCommunities” with their own economies and governance systems. 

Each action within these communities is valued and permanently recorded on-chain, allowing **diverse groups of people to unite around shared purpose** and drive real-world impact through transparent collaboration.

Unlike generic blockchain networks, Metastate is purpose-built to serve **community-centric needs**. It prioritizes *usability, inclusion, and extremely low costs* to ensure that **micro-transactions and everyday interactions** are economically feasible for all members.
